The Vault and South Florida Food Tour announced that Dining in the Dark is back!
Prepare yourself for an unforgettable evening of mystery, flavor, and fun.
The Experience
Since making its U.S. debut in 2005, Dining in the Dark has fascinated diners. The idea is beautifully simple: when one has their sense of sight removed, their other senses heighten dramatically, making every bite more intense and every flavor more vivid.
At the event, guests will be blindfolded between courses, creating the illusion of true “dark dining” while giving you the freedom to peek in between. I want you to smell, taste, and even feel your food in a completely new way.
This year’s event will include an extra twist: it’s a Costume-Optional Halloween Party with prizes for the best looks of the night!
Guests are invited arrive up to 1 hour prior to the 7:30pm seating to enjoy happy hour pricing at The Vault’s Sidecar Alley Bar, show off your costumes (optional), and get to know some of the other guests.

I’m offering this experience at $75 per person, which includes 4 courses as well as two drinks of your choice from my special select theme menu. My full cocktail, beer, and wine menu will be available for additional purchase as well.
