The Pompano Beach Pier is getting closer to completion. Take a look at the picture below showing the latest additions. It looks like some of the decorative aspects of the major renovation are starting to get into place.
City officials are saying May or June is the target for the completion of the Fishing Pier project, but the new outdoor Lucky Fish Bar and Grill is at the entry to the pier and that needs to be finished for people to get onto the pier. The city and developers are committed to making sure it is open for the big annual 4th of July fireworks show planned for the location. This video also shows how nicely that construction project is moving along.
Work on the Lucky Fish continues as well. We previously gave you an exclusive look at what it will look like upon completion. It will be perhaps the first restaurant in Pompano Beach actually located on the beach.
Lucky Fish will be located right next to the Oceanic restaurant. Work is slowly moving along on that- here’s the latest progress update. Take a look here to see what Oceanic will look like when it is ready to open. Of course, the neighboring Beach House Pompano opened over a year ago and is packing the crowds in.
We’ll keep you posted with news, pictures and video of the progress on the pier, the restaurants and the entire Pompano Beach Fishing Village here on our website and in the pages of Pompano! magazine.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”7147″ img_size=”full” add_caption=”yes”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
