On Wednesday, Managing Partner Timothy Gaydosh hosted a 4-course authentic Italian dinner with each course paired with wine selected by the restaurant’s sommelier.

The recipes of for the night were “passed down from the founder’s family recipes” and the feedback was excellent.

“The food was superb, the servers were very knowledgeable and the wine was perfectly paired,” according to Tulio Castilla, himself a professional chef for decades.

“Richard, I was blown away. My expectations were modest but they really impressed me,” said Jay Petkov, CFO for Point Publishing and owner of Camp Saganaw Camp. Jay expressed interest in hosting the local “Corrinthian’s Club” for a dinner and wine tasting event based on the same menu from the evening.

Carrabba’s of Pompano Beach is located at 1299 S. Federal Hiway.
